基于混合蝙蝠算法的高比例风电电力系统调度方法 被引量:3

High-proportion wind power system dispatching method based on hybrid bat algorithm

摘要 针对传统电力系统调度计算时间较长、均方根误差大、结果不准确的问题,文章提出一种基于混合蝙蝠算法的高比例风电电力系统调度方法。通过模糊机会约束规划和可信理论,将高比例风电电力系统约束转换为模糊机会约束,设定模糊置信度为递增向量,结合预测精度变化情况以及决策者对调度运行可靠性的期望变化,获取经过优化的调度结果。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效降低计算时间和均方根误差,同时还能够获取比较满意的高比例风电电力系统调度方案。 Because the traditional method can not convert the high proportion wind power system constraints into fuzzy chance constraints,the calculation time and root mean square error increase,and the dispatching results are inaccurate.Therefore,a high proportion wind power system scheduling method based on hybrid bat algorithm is proposed.Through fuzzy chance constraint programming and credibility theory,the high proportion wind power system constraints are transformed into fuzzy chance constraints,the fuzzy confidence is set as an increasing vector,combined with the change of prediction accuracy and the change of decision-makers'expectation for scheduling operation reliability,A high proportion wind power system scheduling model is constructed,and the hybrid bat algorithm is applied to the model to obtain the optimized scheduling results.Simulation results show that the proposed method can not only effectively reduce the calculation time and root mean square error,but also obtain a satisfactory high-proportion wind power system dispatching scheme.
