摘要 随着我国城镇化的快速发展,一些低等级城市道路由于缺乏合理规划,有着明显不安全的运行特性。其中拉萨因其特殊的地理环境,交通基础设施不完善,城市中多为低等级道路,同时影响交通安全的干扰因素较多,分析其原因并提出解决方案尤为重要。论文以拉萨市非机动车、路侧行人、过街行人以及各种机动车出入口五种常见的对机动车正常行驶的干扰因素为研究对象,通过韧性量化方法对机动车行驶特性进行定量研究,建立交通安全风险韧性模型,通过干扰因素影响之后的恢复速度计算低等级城市道路的交通安全风险抵抗能力。最后分析得到可提高交通安全的方法,达到缓解低等级城市道路上交通参与者互相干扰带来的交通隐患问题的目的,对拉萨市未来管理低等级城市道路交通秩序提供重点治理目标。 With the rapid development of urbanization in China,some low-grade urban roads have obvious unsafe operation characteristics due to the lack of reasonable planning.Among them,Lhasa is due to its special geographical environment,imperfect transportation infrastructure,low-grade roads in the city,and many interference factors affecting traffic safety.It is particularly important to analyze the causes and propose solutions.In this paper,five common interference factors of non-motor vehicles,roadside pedestrians,cross-street pedestrians and various motor vehicle entrances and exits in Lhasa are taken as the research object.The driving characteristics of motor vehicles are quantitatively studied by resilience quantification method,and the traffic safety risk resilience model is established.The traffic safety risk resistance ability of low-grade urban roads is calculated by the recovery speed after the influence of interference factors.Finally,the analysis shows that the traffic safety method can be improved to alleviate the traffic hazards caused by the interference of traffic participants on low-grade urban roads,and provide key governance objectives for the future management of low-grade urban road traffic order in Lhasa.
