摘要
文章基于有限元对发电机支架进行模态分析,并采用拓扑优化技术对支架重新设计优化。支架一阶频率为约束条件和支架体积分数最小为目标进行拓扑优化分析,依据优化结果对支架重新设计和分析。采用拓扑方法指导支架设计不仅使支架满足模态目标,同时达到轻量化目的。开发过程中拓扑优化技术为零部件结构优化设计提供思路,缩短了开发周期和设计成本。
The paper has a modal analysis of diesel generator bracket on the finite element method,and the topology optimization technology is used to redesign and optimize the bracket.The first-order frequency is the constraint condition and the minimum volume fraction is the goal of topology optimization analysis,redesign and analysis of bracket base on optimization results.Using the topology method to guide the bracket design can not only meets the target,but also achieves light weight.Topology optimization technology provides ideas for component structure optimization design,reduces the time of research and development.
