摘要
重金属含量是制动衬片中重要的环保属性,为快速准确的测试重金属的含量,文章采用电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定衬片中铅和汞的含量,分别与火焰原子吸收法测定铅含量、冷原子吸收测汞法测定汞含量的结果进行对比,结果表明,电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定铅和汞的含量与火焰原子吸收法测铅、冷原子吸收测汞法测汞含量具有相近的准确性和精密度;在检出限方面,火焰原子吸收法测铅以及冷原子吸收测汞法更具有优势,但是使用电感耦合等离子体光谱法可以同时快速准确的测定铅和汞元素,为试验室日常制动衬片中重金属含量测定的科研和检测提供参考依据。
Heavy metal content is an important environmental attribute in brake linings.In order to quickly and accurately test the content of heavy metals,measurement lead(Pb)and mercury(Hg)content in brake linings by inductively coupled plasma spectrometer method(ICP-AES)were respectively compared with flame atomic absorption spectrometry method(FAAS)for Pb and cold atomic absorption mercury spectrometer method(CAAMS)for Hg.The results show that ICP-AES for Pb and Hg measurement have similar accuracy and precision compared to FAAS and CAAMS determination for Pb and Hg.In terms of detection limit,FAAS for Pb and CAAMS for Hg measurements have advantage over ICP-AES measurement for Pb and Hg.Both Pb and Hg can be determined simultaneously and accurately by ICP-AES,which provides a reference for the scientific research and testing of the determination of heavy metal content in brake linings in the laboratory.
