摘要
作为汽车生产过程中的一道主要工序,车身涂装对车身制造成本具有重要影响。文章首先阐述了工厂生产线规划的前提和目的,然后明确了其应遵守的原则,最后通过积极引入智能制造场景,制定了产品量纲(年销量)与设计产能、行业对标、产品定位与工厂定位等十项合理的规划策略,形成绿色低碳环保、高效智能、可迭代升级的超级工厂60 JPH智能化涂装生产线规划建设思路。
As one of the main production process of automobile manufacturing,body painting has big effects on body manufacturing cost.This paper first expounds the premise and purpose of factory production line planning,and then makes clear the principles it should abide by,and finally through the active introduction of intelligent manufacturing scenario,formulate ten rational planning strategies,such as product dimension(annual sales)and design capacity,industry benchmarking,product positioning and factory positioning,et al,and forming the planning and construction idea of the 60 JPH intelligent painting production line of the super factory,which is green,low-carbon,environmental protection,efficient and intelligent,and can be iteratively upgraded.
