2850m^(3)高炉TMT开口机故障原因分析及改进措施

摘要 针对2580m^(3)高炉炉前TMT开口机常出现的机械故障、液压系统故障,采取了更换轴承、新制销轴、增设销轴润滑孔道和提高工作介质清洁度等改进措施。实践后,旋转油缸和曲柄上下摆动幅度缩小,消除了关节轴承处异音,提高了开口机关节轴承及销轴使用寿命,开口机的平稳运行为高炉稳定顺行提供了保障,降低进口备件采购费用及维修成本120万元/年。 In allusion to the problem that mechanical failures and hydraulic system failures occurred frequently at the TMT taphole opening machine of the 2580 m blast furnace before starting operations,some improvement measures such as replacing bearings,installing new-developed pin shafts,adding lubricating pore canals for pin shafts and improving the cleanliness of operating medium were taken.After these measures were put into practice,the amplitude of upand-down swinging of the rotated hydro cylinder and the crank was decreased,and also the abnormal sound from the joint bearings was eliminated,while the service life of the joint bearings and pin shafts of the taphole opening gears was prolonged.So the stable operation of the taphole opening machine ensured the stable and smooth operation of the blast furnace and even the purchase expenses for imported spare parts and maintenance cost were reduced by 1.2 million yuan RMB per year.
