欠发达地区中小学教研管理者数据使用影响因素研究

摘要 大数据时代,中小学教研管理者的数据使用实践直接影响教研工作的开展和教研效果的提升,然而目前研究对中小学教研管理者的数据使用情况及影响因素的关注仍然不足。基于此,文章首先梳理了数据使用的内涵、影响因素及教研管理者的相关研究,并基于三元交互决定论和3P教学模型构建了数据使用的概念框架。然后,文章运用问卷调查、统计分析、内容分析等方法,对欠发达地区S区94名中小学教研管理者的数据使用情况及影响因素进行分析,结果发现:当下欠发达地区中小学教研管理者的数据使用能力偏低,数据使用行为亟待提升;数据使用能力是影响教研管理者数据使用行为的核心因素;组织支持和团队协作有助于促进其数据使用实践。最后,文章从强化数据素养培训、提供数据使用支持服务和建立数据实践共同体三个方面提出建议,以期为改善中小学教研管理者的数据使用实践、进行数据驱动的教研管理决策提供参考。 In the big data era,the data use practice of teaching and research administrators in primary and secondary schools directly affects the development of teaching and research work and the improvement of teaching and research effect.However,the current research on the data use and influencing factors of teaching and research administrators in primary and secondary schools is still insufficient.Based on this,this paper firstly sorted out the connotation and influencing factors of data use and related research on teaching and research administrators.Then,the conceptual framework of data use was constructed based on Triadic Reciprocal Determinism and 3P(Presage-Process-Product)teaching model.Then,the methods of questionnaire,statistical analysis and content analysis were used to analyze the data use status and influencing factors of 94 teaching and research administrators in primary and secondary schools from S district in underdeveloped areas.The results showed that the teaching and research administrators’data use ability was low,and their data use behaviors were needed to be promoted,and the data use ability was the core factor affecting data use behaviors,and the organizational support and teamwork promoted their data use practice.Finally,the suggestions were proposed from three aspects of strengthening data literacy training,providing data use support services and establishing data practice community,expecting to provide reference for teaching and research administrators in primary and secondary schools to improve their data use practice and carry out data-driven teaching and research management decisions.
