Research of Talent Development in Global Quantum Information Field

全球量子信息领域人才短缺,各国相继推出量子信息人才有关的政策举措,大力建设量子信息人才队伍。通过研究美国、英国两国量子信息人才发展的优秀经验,剖析中国量子信息人才发展在人才供需、人才分布、人才政策、人才培养等方面存在的问题,并提出优化中国量子信息领域人才发展的参考建议。

There is a shortage of talents in the field of quantum information in the world.Many countries have put forward relevant policies and measures to build up a team of quantum information talents.By excavating the excellent experience of the development of quantum information talents in the U.S.and the U.K.,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of quantum information talents in China,such as the supply and demand of talents,the distribution of talents,the policy of talents and the cultivation of talents.Based on the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize the development of quantum information talents in China.
