成牙骨质细胞分化调控分子的研究进展

摘要 牙骨质是包绕在牙根表面的骨样矿化结构,是牙周组织的重要组成部分,具有维持牙齿稳定、补偿与修复、保护牙本质等功能,牙骨质的形成和再附着是牙周组织再生的成功标志。成牙骨质细胞(CM)是牙骨质形成的功能细胞,成牙骨质细胞的分化调控机制对于认识牙骨质形成和牙周功能维护具有重要意义。本文对影响成牙骨质细胞分化的信号通路及调控分子进行综述。
