延安时期中国共产党对女性知识分子的教育及影响

On the Education and Influence of the Communist Party of China on Female Intellectuals during the Yan′an Period

抗日战争时期,女性知识分子民族情感不断高涨,在受到中国共产党和进步人士的号召引领后,毅然跨越封锁线,奔赴延安。在延安,中国共产党从实际出发,对女性知识分子进行了社会教育与学校教育,借助这些教育,成功实现了对女性知识分子思想和行为的改造。在思想上,女性知识分子实现了从个人主义到集体主义、从轻视群众到学习群众、从民主思想到共产主义信仰的转变;在行为上,女性知识分子服从党的安排进行职业选择,为社会主义建设事业作出了重要贡献。总结党在延安时期对女性知识分子教育的成功经验,仍可为当前教育提供借鉴启发。

During the Anti-Japanese War,female intellectuals were in high national sentiment,and after being called on by the Communist Party of China and progressives,they resolutely crossed the blockade line and rushed to Yan′an.In Yan′an,the Communist Party of China proceeded from reality and implemented social education and systematic school education for female intellectuals,with the help,it successfully transformed the thinking and behavior of female intellectuals.Ideologically,female intellectuals have undergone a change from individualism to collectivism,from belittling the masses to learning from the masses,and from democratic thinking to communist belief;In terms of behavior,female intellectuals obey the party′s arrangements to make career choices and make important contributions to the cause of socialist construction.Summarizing the Party′s successful experience in educating female intellectuals during the Yan′an period can still provide reference and inspiration for today′s education.
