The Practical Guidance of Foucault’s Governance Theory for the Ideological and Political Education

推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化已然成为当代中国改革和发展的主题和目标。福柯的治理理论深入阐释了治理作为一种积极的权力技术,是如何通过治理技术、知识—权力和话语体系建立,从社会运作的细枝末节处对国家治理体系进行完善。面对推进治理能力现代化的时代课题,对于思想政治教育者,更需要运用和借鉴治理的理念,去分析指导思想政治教育教学实践,推动其在教育内容、教学方法、传播路径上的创新,充分发挥思想政治教育作为一种治理技术,在国家治理及国家真理体系建设中的重要作用。

Promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity has become the theme and goal of contemporary China′s reform and development.Foucault′s governance theory deeply explains how governance,as a positive power technology,improves the national governance system from the details of social operation through the governance technology,knowledge-power and the establishment of discourse system.Faced with the task of promoting the modernization of governance ability,it is more necessary for ideological and political educators to apply and learn from the idea of governance,analyze and guide the teaching practice of ideological and political education,promote its innovation in educational content,teaching method and communication path,and give full play to the important role of ideological and political education as a governance technology in national governance and the construction of national truth system.
