立德树人与协同创新:学前教育专业应用型人才培养模式 被引量:1

摘要 随着国家对学前教育专业设置权大幅放开,应用型高校学前教育专业规模扩大、数量猛增,但人才培养质量令人堪忧。人才培养模式是高校人才培养的关键抓手,对专业人才培养质量具有重要作用。基于对应用型高校学前教育专业人才培养与社会有效需求不匹配现实样态的关注,秉持OBE成果导向理论、幼儿教师教育理论和师范类专业认证现实依据,构建“立德树人与协同创新”的应用型高校学前教育专业人才培养模式,关注学生的内生学习力、实践反思能力和可持续发展岗位能力,确保学生更好地担负起未来幼儿教师的重要使命。 With the substantial liberalization of the national right to set up preschool education majors,the scale and number of preschool education majors in application-oriented universities has soared,but the quality of talent training is worrying.Talent training mode is the key to professional talent training in colleges and universities and plays an important role in the quality of professional personnel training.Based on the concern about the reality of the mismatch between the training of preschool education professionals in applied colleges and universities and the effective needs of the society,and adhering to the theory of OBE result-oriented theory,preschool teacher education theory and the practical basis of teacher professional certification,the training mode of preschool education professionals in applied colleges and universities,which is"cultivating talents with virtue and collaborative innovation",should be constructed to pay attention to students′endogenous learning ability,practical reflection ability and sustainable development post ability,so as to ensure that students better fuefiu the important mission of future preschool teachers.
