糖尿病患者“低血糖防治箱”的开发与应用

摘要 目的 开发适合糖尿病患者低血糖防治的健康教育工具,帮助患者预防并正确识别和规范处理低血糖。方法 便利选取2020年7月至2021年6月在阜阳市第二人民医院内分泌科住院的120例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按患者入院时间将其分为两组,2020年7-12月入院的58例糖尿病患者作为对照组,2021年1-6月入院的62例糖尿病患者作为观察组。对照组给予常规低血糖预防与处理,观察组在此基础上使用自主研发的“低血糖防治箱”(包含低血糖预防与处理思维导图、50%葡萄糖溶液40 mL和标准15 g碳水化合物食物)。结果 两组患者低血糖发生率及复测血糖达标率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组在低血糖原因、预防和处理方面的知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对标准化15 g碳水化合物食物进食标准量的掌握率(88.71%)高于对照组(63.79%)(P<0.01)。结论 作为临床健康教育工具及低血糖救治的食物指导和应急储备,“低血糖防治箱”的使用巩固了糖尿病患者的低血糖防治知识、提升了患者的低血糖处置能力,具有临床适用性和可行性。 Objective To develop a health education tool for the prevention and control of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients,helping them prevent,correctly identify and properly control hypoglycemia.Methods A total of 120 diabetic patients hospitalized in the Endocrinology Department of Fuyang No.2 People's Hospital from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected by convenience sampling.They were divided into two groups according to the admission time,with 58 diabetic patients admitted from July to December 2020 as the control group and 62 diabetic patients admitted from January to June 2021 as the observation group.The control group was given routine hypoglycemia prevention and control,while the observation group used the self⁃developed“hypoglycemia prevention&control kit”(consisting of a mind map of hypoglycemia prevention and control,60 ml of 50%glucose solution and 15 g standard carbohydrate food)on this basis.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of hypoglycemia and the pass rate of blood glucose retest(P>0.05);the awareness rate of the causes,prevention and control of hypoglycemia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the mastery rate of standard carbohydrate food intake in the observation group(88.71%)was higher than that in the control group(63.79%)(P<0.01).Conclusion As a tool of clinical health education,guidance for food intake and emergency reserve for hypoglycemia treatment,the"hypoglycemia prevention&control kit"consolidates the knowledge about hypoglycemia prevention and control in diabetic patients and improves their ability to deal with hypoglycemia,thus having clinical applicability and feasibility.
