我国核心期刊卒中后失眠护理的研究现状与热点趋势分析

Research Status and Hot Trend Analysis of Post⁃stroke Insomnia Nursing in China's Core Journals

目的 对我国核心期刊刊载的卒中后失眠护理的相关文献进行筛选、分析,以了解该领域大体的研究现状与热点趋势。方法 系统检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医药数据库中被中国科技论文统计源和(或)北京大学核心期刊收录的期刊发表的卒中后失眠护理相关文献,检索时间为建库至2021年12月31日。运用文献计量学方法对文献数量、期刊分布、基金项目、作者、机构、地区、关键词、研究类型及内容进行分析。结果 最终纳入文献111篇,年发文量呈上升趋势,《护理研究》刊载量最多,文献研究类型以随机对照研究为主,研究内容以卒中后失眠的影响因素调查和护理干预为主,现研究热点是对卒中患者行中医护理、正念疗法干预失眠。结论 我国正处在卒中后失眠护理的初始阶段,早期较多开展了卒中后失眠影响因素的研究,现今中医护理、正念疗法为该领域的研究热点。

Objective To screen and analyze the articles about post⁃stroke insomnia nursing published in China's core journals,so as to understand the general research status and hot trends in this field.Methods The articles about post⁃stroke insomnia nursing published in the journals included in the Key Magazine of China Technology and/or Chinese Core List of Journals of Peking University were systematically retrieved in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBMdisc from database establishment to December 31,2021.The number of articles,the distribution of journals,fund programs,authors,institutions,regions,keywords,research types and contents were analyzed by bibliometrics.Results A total of 111 articles were finally included.The number of articles published annually showed an upward trend;Chinese Nursing Research was the journal with the largest number of related articles;the major research type was randomized controlled studies,which mainly focused on the influencing factors and nursing intervention of post⁃stroke insomnia;the current research hotspot was TCM nursing and mindfulness⁃based therapy for post⁃stroke insomnia patients.Conclusion China is in the initial stage of post⁃stroke insomnia nursing.Many studies on influencing factors of post⁃stroke insomnia were carried out in the early stage.Nowadays,TCM nursing and mindfulness⁃based therapy are the research hotspots in this field.
