摘要
选用7种不同砧木材料,以芝麻蜜甜瓜自根苗为对照,通过分析植株生长指标发现,初期各指标的差距不明显,随着时间延长嫁接苗与自根苗差距先增大后减小最后趋于稳定。说明嫁接影响植株生长,但随着植株的生长发育,这种影响会逐渐减弱,其中强势砧木(A1)和陕甜砧3号(A2)综合表现最好。通过对产量和品质指标的测定发现,嫁接后产量大幅提高,果品品相变好,果肉饱满,营养元素保持相对稳定,口感未发生明显变化,通过隶属函数法综合评价强势砧木(A1)和陕甜砧3号(A2)表现最好。综合结果表明强势砧木(A1)和陕甜砧3号(A2)为优良砧木。
In this study,seven different rootstock materials were evaluated with self rooted seedlings of Zhimami muskmelon as the control.Plant growth indicators were measured to assess the effects of grafting on growth characteristics.Results showed that while differences in early indicators was not significant,the gap between the grafted seedlings and the self rooted seedlings increased first,then decreased,and and eventually stabilized.These findings suggest that grafting affected plant growth,but this effect gradually weakened as plant mature,with A1 and A2 performing best.Yield and quality indicators were also determined,revealing a significant increase in yield after grafting,with well-formed fruits,full pulp,relatively stable nutrient elements,and no significant changes in taste.A1 and A2 demonstrated the best performance using the membership function method.Overall,A1 and A2 were deemed excellent rootstocks based on comprehensive results.
