石泉县土壤硒分布特征及环境效应

摘要 为探讨陕西省石泉县土壤硒含量水平、分布特征及环境效应,采集表层土壤样品和农副产品样品,检测硒含量,运用ArcGIS10.5软件绘制石泉县土壤硒含量分布图,分析土壤硒含量的分布特征及环境效应。结果表明:①石泉县土壤硒含量在0.009~6.63 mg/kg之间,均值0.53 mg/kg,变异系数1.64,变化幅度大,高于全国和陕西省土壤硒含量平均值,低于湖北恩施和陕西紫阳土壤硒含量均值,足硒和富硒土壤样本占51.32%。②石泉县土壤硒含量分布主要以足硒和富硒为主,面积占88.07%,硒缺乏和潜在硒不足土壤主要分布于北部和东部边缘,占11.91%,硒中毒土壤面积很小0.32 km^(2),占0.02%,成斑块状分布于后柳镇北部。③石泉县每人每日硒的摄入量为62μg,高于我国卫生行业标准中成年人每日对硒的平均需要量(50μg)和推荐摄入量(60μg),低于最高摄入量(400μg),摄入硒来源主要为饮用水和粮食,分别占48.39%、32.26%,水果、肉蛋摄入量较少。土壤中丰富的硒来源为居民提供了充足的硒摄入量。 To investigate the level,distribution characteristics and environmental effects of soil selenium content in Shiquan of Shaanxi,surface soil samples and agricultural and sideline-product samples were collected,and the selenium content was analyzed.ArcGIS10.5 software was used to draw the distribution map of soil selenium content in Shiquan,and analyze the distribution characteristics and environmental effects of soil selenium content.The results showed that soil selenium content in Shiquan ranged from 0.009 to 6.63mg/kg,with an average of 0.53mg/kg and a coefficient of variation of 1.64.The variation range was large,surpassing the average soil selenium content in both China and Shaanxi province,but lower than the average soil selenium content in Enshi,Hubei province and Ziyang,Shaanxi province.The distribution of soil selenium content in Shiquan was predominantly full selenium and rich selenium,accounting for 88.07%.The selenium deficiency and potential selenium deficiency soil were mainly distributed in the northern and eastern edges,representing 11.91%.The selenium poisoning soil area was 0.32 km^(2),accounting for 0.02%,and distributed in patches in the north of Houliu.The daily intake of selenium per person in Shiquan was 62μg,higher than the average daily requirement(50μg)and recommended daily intake(60μg),but lower than the highest daily intake(400μg).The The daily intake of selenium per person in Shiquan was 62μg,mainly from drinking water and grain,accounting for 48.39%and 32.26%,respectively.The study indicated that the abundant sources of selenium in the soil provided adequate selenium intake for the inhabitants.This study provides a scientific basis for the rational utilization and protection of selenium resources in the region.
