摘要
[目的/意义]以公共文化资源服务效能评估指标体系为基础,研究指标权重的设定问题,为服务效能的计算和应用提供有力支撑。[方法/过程]设计了指标权重动态调整的方法,采用浮动权重修正基础权重的方式确定评估指标的最终权重。[结果/结论]建立了指标权重动态调整机制,确立了多层级指标修正权重的迭代计算流程,解决了在公共文化资源服务效能评估中指标权重设定的难题。指标权重动态调整机制的建立,能够兼顾在公共文化多属性综合评估中主观权重与客观权重的优点,为公共文化评估指标权重问题提供了一种有效的解决方案。
[Purpose/significance]Based on the service efficiency evaluation index system of public cultural resources,this paper studies the setting of index weight,which provides strong support for the calculation and application of service efficiency.[Method/process]This paper designs a specific method of dynamic adjustment of index weight,and uses the floating weight to modify the basic weight to determine the final weight of the evaluation index.[Result/conclusion]The dynamic adjustment mechanism of indicator weight is established,and the iterative calculation process of multi-level indicator correction weight is established,which solves the prob⁃lem of indicator weight setting in the service efficiency evaluation of public cultural resources.The establishment of this mechanism can give consideration to the advantages of subjective weight and objective weight in the multi-attribute comprehensive evaluation of public culture,and provides an effective solution to the problem of public culture evaluation index weight.
