基于抖音平台的大学生信息行为研究

Research on Information Behaviors of College Students on Douyin Platform

[目的/意义]基于使用与满足理论,依托抖音平台探寻大一学生信息行为的影响因素。[方法/过程]以男、女生为分组变量问卷调研523名大学生在抖音平台信息需求(情感需求、认知需求、个人整合需求、社会整合需求、舒缓压力需求)、信息行为(信息浏览行为、信息查询行为、信息交流行为、信息发布行为)的差异并对信息行为的影响因素进行回归分析。[结果/结论]男、女大学生抖音平台的情感需求、舒缓压力需求和信息查询行为具有显著性差异。提出发挥学院抖音账号优势,突破算法“信息茧房”,助力大学生信息素养教育。

[Purpose/significance]Based on the theory of use and satisfaction,the paper explores the influencing factors of infor⁃mation behaviors of freshmen on Douyin platform.[Method/process]Taking male and female students as grouping variables of ques⁃tionnaire survey,it investigates the differences of 523 college students’information needs(emotional needs,cognitive needs,personal in⁃tegration needs,social integration needs,pressure relief needs)and information behaviors(information browsing behaviors,information query behaviors,information exchange behaviors,information release behaviors)on Douyin platform,and conducts regression analysis on the influencing factors of information behaviors.[Result/conclusion]There are significant differences in emotional needs,pressure relief needs and information query behaviors between male and female college students on Douyin platform.It is proposed to give full play to the advantages of the Douyin account of the college to break through the algorithm“information cocoons”,and help the information literacy education of college students.
