影像学诊断髂腰肌疾病研究进展

Progresses of imaging diagnosis of iliopsoas muscle disease

髂腰肌由髂肌和腰大肌构成,是髋关节屈曲的主要肌肉,对维持髋关节稳定具有重要作用。髂腰肌疾病是引起髋关节不稳定和腹股沟疼痛的重要原因,而诊断具有一定挑战性。CT可用于初步评估髂腰肌病变,观察其位置和范围,确定主要来源;MRI对于显示病变与周围结构关系具有明显优势。本文就影像学诊断髂腰肌疾病进展进行综述。

Being composed of iliacus and psoas major,iliopsoas muscle is the main muscle for flexion of hip joint,which plays an important role in the stability of hip joint.Iliopsoas muscle disease is an important cause of hip instability and groin pain,and the diagnosis is challenging.CT can be used to preliminarily evaluate iliopsoas muscle lesion,observe the location and scope and explore the main source of iliopsoas muscle lesion.MRI has obvious advantages in showing the relationships of lesions and surrounding structures.The research progresses of imaging diagnosis of iliopsoas muscle disease were reviewed in this article.
