基于AHP-改进TOPSIS法的城镇污水处理运行效率评价——以重庆市为例 被引量:1

摘要 科学评估城镇污水处理厂的运行效率,对于实现城镇污水处理厂可持续发展具有重要意义。该文基于AHP-改进TOPSIS法,从设施设备利用、污染物削减、污水处理能耗、资源再生利用、经济成本5个方面构建11个指标,对重庆市城镇污水处理运行效率开展评价。评价结果显示仅有20.35%的污水处理厂运行效率良好,污水处理厂在能耗、资源化利用、经济成本方面还有较大提升空间。进一步通过方差分析显示地区分布、主要工艺、设计规模三个因素对污水处理厂运行效率存在显著影响,区域经济发展、设计规模与运行效率呈现正相关关系,工艺以氧化沟类运行效率最优,MBR类最差。 Scientific evaluation of the operation efficiency of urban sewage treatment plants is of great significance for achieving sustainable development of urban sewage treatment plants.Based on the AHP-improved TOPSIS method,this paper constructs 11 indicators from five aspects of facilities and equipment utilization,pollutant reduction,energy consumption of sewage treatment,resource recycling and economic cost to evaluate the operational efficiency of urban sewage treatment in Chongqing.The evaluation results show that only 20.35%of the sewage treatment plants have good operational efficiency,and there is still room for improvement in energy consumption,resource utilization and economic cost of sewage treatment plants.Further,the analysis of variance shows that the regional distribution,main process and design scale have a significant impact on the operation efficiency of the sewage treatment plant,the regional economic development,design scale and operation efficiency are positively correlated,the oxidation ditch operation efficiency is the best,and the MBR operation efficiency is the worst.
