ICP法测定耐硫变换催化剂中钴钼含量的探讨

摘要 电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP法)具有多元素同时检测能力、分析速度快、选择性好、准确度较高等优点。试验研究了采用ICP法测定一氧化碳耐硫变换催化剂中钴钼含量的方法,并与分光光度计法进行了对比,试验结果表明,ICP法分析速度快、准确度高、精密度良好,能够满足生产企业对耐硫变换催化剂钴钼含量测定的需要。 Inductively coupled plasma(ICP)has the advantages of simultaneous detection of multiple elements,fast analysis speed,good selectivity,and high accuracy.The method of measuring the content of cobalt and molybdenum in the carbon monoxide sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst by ICP method was tested and compared with the spectrophotometer method.The test findings show that the ICP method has fast analysis speed,high accuracy and good precision,which can meet the needs of plant operators for the determination of cobalt and molybdenum content of sulfur-tolerant shift catalysts.
