摘要
目的:观察一种以复合季铵盐为有效成分的低温型消毒剂的杀菌性能、稳定性及安全性。方法:进行低温载体浸泡定量杀菌试验、理化实验与毒理学试验。结果:-20℃下,原液浸泡作用15 min,对载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭对数均大于3.00;37℃,放置90 d后,复合季铵盐(以苯扎氯铵计)的下降率为6.2%;在-20℃下放置10 h后,消毒剂保持液体、无析出、无结晶;小鼠LD50均大于5000 mg/kg BW;微核试验结果为阴性;对日本大耳白种家兔一次完整皮肤刺激试验结果为无刺激性。结论:该低温型季铵盐消毒剂具有良好的杀菌性能、稳定性及安全性。
Objective:To observe the germicidal efficacy,stability and safety of a low temperature disinfectant with compound quaternary ammonium salt as an effective component.Methods:The quantitative germicidal test,physical and chemical test and toxicological test were carried out by low temperature carrier immersion.Results:At-20℃,the logarithms of killing escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus on the carrier were greater than 3.00 when the original solution was soaked for 15 minutes.At 37℃,after being placed for 90 days,the decrease rate of compound quaternary ammonium salt(calculated by benzalkonium chloride)was 6.2%.After being placed at-20℃for 10 h,the disinfectant will remain liquid without precipitation and crystallization.The oral LD50 of mice was more than 5000 mg/kg BW.The micronucleus test of polychromatic erythrocytes in mouse bone marrow was negative.A complete skin irritation test on Japanese white rabbits with big ears showed no irritation.Conclusion:The low temperature quaternary ammonium salt disinfectant has good bactericidal performance,stability and safety.
