甘草次酸栓剂的制备

Peparation of Glycyrrhetinic Acid Suppository

目的:制备甘草次酸栓剂。方法:采用热熔法,以融化时间、凝固时间、外观、气泡、硬度为质量评价的指标,在单因素实验基础上,进行正交实验优化甘草次酸栓剂的最佳处方和工艺。结果:聚乙二醇400、聚乙二醇6000、甘油质量比例为1∶3∶3,温度为70℃,制备的甘草次酸栓剂外观光滑,色泽均匀,重量差异均符合药典要求。结论:甘草次酸栓剂处方设计合理,制备工艺可行。

Objective:To prepare glycyrrhizic acid suppository.Methods:Using hot melting method,with the melting time,solidification time,appearance,bubble and hardness,optimize the best prescription and process of decoction.Results:The ratio of polyethylene glycol 400,polyethylene glycol 6000 and glycerol was 1∶3∶3,and the temperature was 70℃.The glycyrrhizin decoction had smooth appearance,uniform color,and weight difference that all met the requirements of the pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:The prescription of glycyrrhizin is reasonable and the preparation process is feasible.
