摘要
维生素D是一种脂溶性维生素,在调节人体钙、磷代谢,促进骨骼发育方面起重要作用。此外,维生素D与高血压、2型糖尿病、免疫调节、心血管疾病、各种癌症等疾病密切相关。随着VD生理活性不断被发现,市场对维生素D及其衍生物的需求也不断增长,目前维生素D及其衍生物的生产已逐渐无法满足市场需要。本文综述了7-脱氢胆固醇、维生素D_(3)、1α-羟基维生素D_(3)、25-羟基维生素D_(3)和1,25-二羟基维生素D_(3)的合成进展,以期为该领域的研究者改进现有生产工艺和建立新的生产工艺提供借鉴。
Vitamin D(VD)is a fat-soluble vitamin,which plays an important role in regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism and promoting bone development.In addition,VD is closely related to hypertension,type 2 diabetes,immune regulation,cardiovascular disease,various cancers and other diseases.With the discovery of the physiological activity of VD,the market demand for VD and its derivatives is also growing.At present,the production of VD and its derivatives has gradually failed to meet the market demand.This article reviewed the synthesis progress of 7-dehydrocholesterol,vitamin D_(3),1α-hydroxyvitamin D_(3),25 hydroxyvitamin D_(3) and 1,25 dihydroxyvitamin D_(3) to provide reference for researchers in this field to improve the existed production process and establish new production process.
