摘要
溶解性有机物是由各类有机聚合物构成的复杂的混合物,在水生生态系统中发挥着重要的作用,三维荧光光谱技术广泛应用于溶解性有机物的表征。本文介绍了三维荧光光谱技术的原理、影响因素、光谱数据分析方法,以及光谱数据与其他指标的相关性。三维荧光光谱应用受到很多因素的限制,应选择合适的荧光数据分析方法以提高结果的准确性。另外,色氨酸类物质荧光与COD、BOD等水质参数的相关性较强,但目前三维荧光光谱获得的参数不足以替代传统水质参数,可作为表征水质的独立指标。
Dissolved organic matter is a complex mixture of organic polymers that plays an important role in aquatic ecosystems.Three-dimensional Fluorescence Spectroscopy is widely used in dissolved organic matter characterization.In this study,the principle,influencing factors,spectral data analysis methods,and the correlation between three-dimensional fluorescence data and other parameters are reviewed.The application of three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy is limited by many factors,so the proper fluorescence data analysis method should be selected to improve the accuracy of the results.In addition,the fluorescence of tryptophan exhibits strong correlation with COD,BOD and other parameters,but the parameters obtained by three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy are not enough to replace the traditional water quality parameters,and can be used as independent indicators to characterize water quality.
