时下石油化工行业的竞争日益激烈,炼化企业若想取得好的效益,动设备的安全、平稳、高效运行是重中之重,有效地提高动设备的生产效率是炼化企业调高经济效益的有力手段。动设备在长期运行过程中不可避免地出现老化、磨损,延长动设备的生命周期能够有效降低转动设备维护成本,从而提高设备的运行效率,为企业降本增效打下基础。本文对炼厂动设备如何才能获得较长的使用寿命进行探讨,展望动设备管理未来的发展前景。

Nowadays,the competition in petrochemical industry is becoming increasingly fierce.If refining enterprises want to achieve good benefits,the safe,stable and efficient operation of moving equipment is the top priority.Effectively improving the production efficiency of moving equipment is a favorable means for refining enterprises to increase economic benefits.The aging and wear of moving equipment are inevitable in the long-term operation process.Prolonging the life cycle of moving equipment can effectively reduce the maintenance cost of moving equipment,thus improving the operating efficiency of equipment and laying a foundation for cost reduction and efficiency increase of enterprises.This paper discusses how to obtain a longer service life for refinery moving equipment,and looks forward to the future development of moving equipment management.
