电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定焦化石脑油中硅含量

摘要 为了快速准确测定焦化石脑油中硅含量,加强焦化石脑油中硅含量监控,采用异辛烷有机稀释溶剂对焦化石脑油稀释,通过电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法进行样品的测定。本方法焦化石脑油和异辛烷最佳质量比为1∶5,泵进样量为0.50 mL/min,采用异辛烷有机稀释所建立的标准曲线良好,线性相关系数r≥0.9999,方法检出限为10μg/kg,方法定量限为50μg/kg,精密度良好,相对标准偏差为0.46%~2.38%,该方法避免了元素的污染,能够提高效率,适用于焦化石脑油中硅含量检测。 In order to quickly and accurately determine the silicon content in the coking naphtha and strengthen the monitoring of the silicon content in the coking naphtha,the coking naphtha is diluted with isooctane organic dilution solvent,and the sample is determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The optimum mass ratio of naphtha and isooctane in this method is 1∶5,the pump sample volume is 0.50 mL/min,the standard curve established by organic dilution with isooctane is good,the linear correlation coefficient r≥0.9999,the detection limit of the method is 10μg/kg,the quantitative limit of the method is 50μg/kg,the precision is good,and the relative standard deviation is 0.46%~2.38%.This method avoids the loss of elements,is simple to operate,takes short time,and has high precision.It is applicable to the determination of silicon content in coking naphtha.
