In order to improve the recovery rate of phosphoric acid production by wet process,the key is to obtain better extraction rate and washing rate.The relevant personnel can determine the best reaction conditions and the fineness of phosphate rock slurry according to the influencing factors of extraction rate.On the other hand,the key index is the content of water-soluble phosphorus pentoxide in gypsum.From the perspective of practical work,this paper summarizes the main factors affecting the extraction rate and washing rate,and introduces the measures to improve the extraction rate and washing rate,and discusses the specific effects of the application of the measures,so as to provide theoretical support for the development of related work.
