摘要
采购了一台Model-AP型ACE评价装置并进行了调试,该型号没有在线积碳测量功能,这样缩短了单次运行时间,从而提高了评价效率。在调试过程中发现总收率偏低和焦炭产率偏差大的问题,通过改变原料油和调整炼厂气积分方法原则得以解决,使装置能够满足评价要求。
A Model-AP ACE evaluation device was purchased and debugged.This model has no on-line carbon deposition measurement function,which shortens the single running time and improves the evaluation efficiency.The problems of low recovery and large deviation of coke yield were found in the debugging process,which were solved by changing the feedstock oil and adjusting the principle of gas integration method in the refinery GC,so that the unit could meet the evaluation requirements.
