摘要
为研究厚冲击层薄基岩下工作面支架的额定阻力,以3211综采工作面为研究背景,通过现场工程地质调查、理论分析、数值模拟等手段,确定工作面上覆基岩种类,研究工作面垮落带及导水裂隙带高度,确定工作面支架的额定工作阻力。研究结果表明:工作面上覆基岩为薄基岩,理论分析与数值模拟得出的工作面垮落带高度与导水裂隙带高度相近,并以此为依据得出支架支护强度为1.3 MPa,额定工作阻力为8 190 kN。
In order to study the rated resistance of the support of the working face under thick impact layer and thin bedrock,with the 3211 fully mechanized mining face as the research background,the type of overlying bedrock on the working face was determined through on-site engineering geological investigation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and other means.The height of the collapse zone and water conducting crack zone of the working face was studied to determine the rated working resistance of the support of the working face.The research results indicated that the overlying bedrock on the working face was thin bedrock,and the height of the collapse zone of the working face obtained from theoretical analysis and numerical simulation was similar to the height of the water conducting crack zone.Based on this,the support strength of the bracket was 1.3 MPa,and the rated working resistance was 8190 kN.
