坑道钻机副泵组轴承座自润滑系统设计

摘要 针对现有副泵组轴承座受限于煤矿井下条件,人工定期加注润滑油不便和密封圈损坏后漏油不易发觉的问题,特别是分体钻机履带化系列副泵组遮挡严重,该问题更加突出,容易导致副泵组损坏,钻机不能正常作业,影响钻孔施工。设计了一种副泵组轴承座自润滑系统,该系统不需要人工干预,有效解决了副泵组的润滑问题,提高了钻机的可靠性。 In response to the limitations of the existing auxiliary pump unit bearing seat in coal mine underground conditions,it is inconvenient to manually add lubricating oil regularly and it is difficult to detect oil leakage after the sealing ring is damaged,especially the severe obstruction of the crawler series auxiliary pump unit of the split drilling rig.This problem is even more prominent,which can easily cause damage to the auxiliary pump unit,prevent the drilling rig from operating normally,and affect drilling construction.Therefore,a self-lubricating system for the bearing seat of the auxiliary pump unit was designed,which did not require manual intervention and effectively solved the lubrication problem of the auxiliary pump unit,improving the reliability of the drilling rig.
