小型仪器内部正压除尘辅助装置

摘要 目的开发除尘辅助装置,降低空间污染,提高小型仪器内部除尘工作效率。方法将被除尘小型仪器放入全密封辅助装置进行脱尘,降低空间污染。解决辅助装置密封性与脱尘操作性的互斥,以及辅助装置密封性与气体流通性的互斥,实现辅助装置功能。通过试验机与鼓风机联合应用对比单独使用鼓风机正压气流除尘,评价试验机与鼓风机联合应用在脱尘效率与降低空间污染方面的效果。结果试验机与鼓风机联合应用,脱尘时长为2 min左右,与单独应用鼓风机的脱尘效率相当。脱尘时辅助装置箱内PM 2.5最大检测值达到量程上限值999μɡ/m 3,箱外空间PM 2.5最大检测值在75μɡ/m 3以下,降低空间污染效果显著。结论联合辅助装置,正压气流脱尘工作可以在室内进行,除尘效率大幅提高。 Objective Develop auxiliary dust removal device,reduce space pollution,improve small instrument internal dust removal efficiency.Methods The small instrument for dust removal is put into a full-sealed auxiliary device for dust removal to reduce space pollution.To solve the mutual exclusion of the sealing and dedusting operation of the auxiliary device,to solve the mutual exclusion of the sealing and airflow of the auxiliary device,and to realize the function of the auxiliary device.By comparing the application of the test machine and the blower,the effect of the test machine and the blower in dedusting efficiency and reducing the space pollution is evaluated.Results The dedusting efficiency of the combined application of the testing machine and the blower is equal to that of the single application of the blower for about 2 minutes.When dedusting,the maximum detection value of PM 2.5 in the auxiliary device reach the upper limit of the range 999μɡ/m 3,and the maximum detection value of PM 2.5 in the outer space is below 75μɡ/m 3.The effect of reducing space pollution is remarkable.Conclusions Combined auxiliary device,positive pressure airflow dedusting work can be carried out indoors,dedusting efficiency greatly improved.
