新型工业化剪力墙发展现状及对比研究

随着我国装配式建筑的快速发展,传统装配式剪力墙的优缺点也越来越清晰,为进一步推动建筑工业化的发展,业内多家高校及企业开展工业化建造剪力墙的相应研究,并推出几种新型工业化剪力墙的制造及施工方式。本文对近几年市场上出现的新型工业化剪力墙进行简要介绍,并对其特点进行分析,旨在供结构设计师结合项目特点及工业化剪力墙的优缺点,选择出适合项目发展的结构体系。

Along with the rapid development of prefabricated buildings,both the advantages and disadvantages of traditional prefabricated shear walls are becoming increasingly clear.In order to further promote the development of building industrialization,multiple universities and enterprises within the industry have conducted corresponding research on the industrialized construction of shear walls,and several new industrialized manufacturing and construction methods of shear walls have been introduced.This article provides a brief introduction to the new industrialized shear walls that have emerged in the market during recent years,and analyzes their characteristics,so as to present for structure designers to select suitable structural systems for the development of the project based on the characteristics of the project as well as the advantages and disadvantages of industrialized shear walls.
