摘要
以减碳为导向的城市更新,是实现“双碳”目标的重要途径之一。本文聚焦城市片区尺度,分析得出建筑、交通、能源、绿地、工业和废弃物等是影响碳排放的关键领域,并对比和研究国内外知名低碳城区的规划减碳对策,针对其碳排放特征构建减碳更新的策略体系,完成低碳要素到城市空间要素的转译。同时,以上海浦东新区张江西北片区更新为例,进行减碳规划技术应用,以期为片区尺度城市更新提供减碳规划路径和技术参考。
The urban renewal oriented by carbon reduction is one of the important ways to achieve the goal of"Double Carbon".The study first focuses on the scale of urban areas,and identifies the sectors of construction,transportation,energy,green space,industry and waste as the consensus key sectors affecting carbon emissions.Then,it compare and studies the planned carbon reduction strategies of well-known low-carbon urban areas at home and abroad,builds a carbon reduction and renewal strategy system based on the carbon emission characteristics of the stock areas,and completes the translation of low-carbon elements into urban space elements.Finally,taking the renewal of Zhangjiang Northwest Area in Pudong New Area of Shanghai as an example,this paper applies carbon reduction planning technology,which can provide the path and technical reference for carbon reduction planning for similar scale urban renewal.
