基于DesignBuilder的高校教学楼节能和舒适度优化研究

摘要 本文立足夏季高需求的制冷和冬季高需求的供暖区域特征,研究合肥地区高校教学楼单体设计对室内舒适性和建筑能耗的影响并提出优化策略,在响应国家“节能减排”政策下改善室内热舒适性能。同时,以合肥地区的板式教学楼为例,通过对建筑围护结构、遮阳系统、窗墙比等数据的优化,依次采用单一因素分析、正交实验的方式对建筑全年能耗和热舒适度进行动态模拟分析,从而得到各因素对建筑能耗和室内舒适度的影响关系。结果显示,空调温度的设置是造成建筑能耗的最主要因素之一。 Based on the characteristics of high cooling demands in summer and high heating demands in winter,this paper studies the influence of individual design of university teaching buildings in Hefei on indoor comfort and building energy consumption,and puts forward optimization strategies to improve indoor thermal comfort performance in response to the national policy of"energy conservation and emission reduction".Taking the slab teaching building in Hefei as an example,this paper introduces the data optimization of building envelope structure,shading system,windowing ratio and so on.The dynamic simulation analysis of annual energy consumption and thermal comfort of the building was carried out by means of single factor analysis and orthogonal experiment,so as to obtain the influence relationship of each factor on building energy consumption and indoor comfort.The results show that the setting of air conditioning temperature is the most important factor causing building energy consumptionl.
