基于BIM的建筑运维信息标准化交付研究 被引量:1

摘要 BIM技术能够促进建筑工程项目的各阶段信息集成,但目前运维阶段信息交付仍存在不少问题。本文基于BIM技术标准,利用IDM标准绘制建筑运维工作流程图,有效识别建筑运维需求信息并提取功能部件,并将IFC标准中的数据格式同需求信息进行映射,最终将信息标准化,使其能够顺利交付到运维阶段,实现BIM技术从建设开发到运维服务的全生命期应用。 BIM technology can facilitate the integration of information at all stages of a construction project,but there are still a number of problems with information delivery during the O&M phase.Based on BIM technical standards,this paper first uses IDM standards to draw building O&M workflow diagrams,effectively identifies building O&M requirements information and extracts functional parts,then maps the data format of IFC standard with demand information,and finally standardizes the information so that it can be smoothly delivered to the operation and maintenance stage,and realizes the full life cycle application of BIM technology from construction and development to operation and maintenance services.
