超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术临床应用研究进展

摘要 随着可视化技术在围麻醉期的广泛应用,超声引导下的动脉穿刺在有创动脉血压监测中也起到了重要作用。传统的盲探法桡动脉穿刺置管,完全依赖血管搏动触摸定位和麻醉医师的临床经验。在临床实际工作中,虽然传统的盲穿技术能解决大部分动脉穿刺问题,但对于一些休克患者、婴幼儿、血管解剖异常以及多次穿刺置管失败者很难取得成功。随着超声技术在临床上的推广和应用,避免了反复穿刺引起的相关并发症。本文主要围绕在B超引导下,桡动脉穿刺术的不同方法、穿刺置管时间、成功率、并发症发生情况等进展进行概括,力求给临床上提出一些借鉴。 With the widespread use of visualization techniques in the perianesthesia period,ultrasound-guided arterial puncture has also played an important role in invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring.The traditional blind exploration method of radial artery puncture placement relies entirely on arterial pulsation touch localization and clinical experience of the anesthesiologist.In clinical practice,although the traditional blind arterial puncture technique can solve most of the arterial puncture problems,it is difficult to successfully perform blind arterial puncture in some shock patients,infants and children,abnormal vascular anatomy,and those with multiple failed puncture placements.With the promotion and application of ultrasound technology in clinical practice,it helps avoid the complications associated with repeated punctures.This article focuses on the different methods of radial artery puncture under ultrasound guidance,the time of puncture placement,success rate,complication occurrence,and other advances,trying to provide some reference for clinical practice.
