摘要
针对既有地铁车辆段试车线条件限制,以及新建线路试车线的建设困难等问题,提出正线试车的建议。基于全区间单次试车法(列车牵引-制动性能试验一次性完成)及分步试车法(列车牵引-制动性能试验分步进行),对不同速度等级下的6节编组城市轨道交通正线区间试车区段的有效长度进行了计算,并对比分析了两种方法的特点,给出了正线区间试车区段有效长度的推荐取值及有效取值区间。结果表明:针对6节编组A型城市轨道交通列车,不同速度等级80 km/h、100 km/h、120 km/h下正线区间试车区段的有效长度优先取值分别为1448 m、1805 m、2591 m;当优势平直段或近似平直段区间不满足此要求时,可要求试车区段的有效长度在(775,1448)m、(1119,1805)m及(1584,2591)m区间内。采用分步试车法计算时应考虑有效试车区段前端的线路条件满足最小曲线半径及轨道超高要求;车辆段试车线条件受限的问题可以通过设置合理联络线,以及与既有线试车线资源实现共享的方式来解决。
In view of the limitations on existing metro depot test line conditions and the test line construction difficulties for newly-built line,suggestions for main line test run are put forward.Based on all-interval single-run test method(train traction-braking performance test completed at one time)and the step-by-step test method(train traction-braking performance test carried out step by step),the effective length of the 6-car formation urban rail transit main line interval test section of different speed grades is calculated.The characteristics of the two methods are compared and analyzed.The recommended values and effective value ranges of main line interval test section effective length are given.Results show that for 6-car formation A-type urban rail transit train,the effective lengths of main line interval test sections at speed grades of 80 km/h,100 km/h and 120 km/h are preferred to be 1448 m,1805 m and 2591 m respectively;when the dominant straight section or the approximate straight section does not meet this requirement,the effective length of the test section can be required to fall within the range of(775,1448)m,(1119,1805)m and(1584,2591)m.When calculating by step-by-step test method,the line conditions at the front end of the effective test section should be considered to meet the minimum curve radius and track superelevation requirements.The problem of limitation on depot test line conditions can be solved by setting up reasonable connecting line and sharing the resources with the existing test line.
