摘要
为解决轨旁信号设备传统管理方式面临的多领域数据表征失控、多部门安全质量追溯失控和多场景安全管理失控这三大挑战,提出构建轨旁信号设备全生命周期数据管理体系。分析了轨旁信号设备管理现状,论述了轨旁信号设备全生命周期数据管理体系三大组成部分——全生命周期数据模型体系、全生命周期安全管理体系和全生命周期数据双向反馈体系的内涵和实现方式,展望了基于智能化技术的轨旁信号设备全生命周期数据管理体系的演变趋势。基于该体系,可实现轨旁信号设备数据的高效管理,进而提升管理效率,优化服务质量。
To overcome the major challenges faced by the conventional management methods of trackside signaling equipment in three aspects,the control loss over multi-domain data representation,the control loss over multi-department safety and quality traceability and the control loss over multi-scene safety management,a full life cycle data management system(hereafter referred to as FLCDMS)of trackside signaling equipment is constructed.The current situation of trackside signaling equipment management is analyzed,and the connotations and implementation methods of the three components of the trackside signaling equipment FLCDMS are discussed,including the full life cycle data model system,full life cycle safety management system and full life cycle data bidirectional feedback system.The future development trend of the trackside signaling equipment FLCDMS based on intelligent technology is discussed.Based on this system,efficient management of trackside signaling equipment data can be achieved,thereby improving management efficiency and optimizing service quality.
