导航护理模式对中重度癌痛患者的干预效果

Intervention effect of navigation nursing mode on patients with moderate to severe cancer pain

目的探讨导航护理模式在中重度癌痛患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年9月—2022年8月在医院住院的中重度癌痛患者120例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组接受常规多学科协作团队(MDT)模式的疼痛护理,观察组接受导航护理模式的疼痛护理,比较两组患者干预前后治疗依从率、疼痛数字评估量表(NRS)评分、QLQ-C30生活质量评分、对疼痛护理的满意度评分。结果护理干预前,两组患者治疗依从率、NRS评分、QLQ-C30生命质量评分、对疼痛护理的满意度评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预后,两组患者NRS评分、QLQ-C30量表中症状领域评分均低于干预前,而治疗依从率、对疼痛护理的满意度、QLQ-C30量表中功能领域评分高于干预前;组间比较观察组NRS评分、QLQ-C30量表中症状领域评分低于对照组,而治疗依从率、对疼痛护理的满意度、QLQ-C30量表中功能领域评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导航护理模式的疼痛护理可有效提高患者的治疗依从性,减轻患者的疼痛程度,提高患者对疼痛护理的满意度,改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect of navigation nursing mode in patients with moderate to severe cancer pain.Methods 120 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain admitted to the hospital from September 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group based on the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,with 60 patients in each group.The control group received pain care in the conventional Multi-Disciplinary Treatment(MDT)mode,the observation group received pain care in the navigation nursing mode.The treatment compliance rate,Pain Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)score,QLQ-C30 quality of life score,and satisfaction score with pain care were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before the nursing intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the treatment compliance rate,NRS score,QLQ-C30 quality of life score,and satisfaction score with pain care between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,the NRS score and symptom domain score in the QLQ-C30 scale of both groups of patients were lower than before intervention,while the treatment compliance rate,satisfaction with pain care,and functional domain score in the QLQ-C30 scale were higher than before intervention;The NRS score and symptom domain score on the QLQ-C30 scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the treatment compliance rate,satisfaction with pain care,and functional domain score on the QLQ-C30 scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The pain nursing mode of navigation nursing can effectively improve patients'treatment compliance,reduce their pain level,improve their satisfaction with pain nursing,and improve their quality of life.
