数字普惠金融是否缩小了农业现代化发展差距?

Has Digital Financial Inclusion Narrowed the Gap in Development of Agricultural Modernization?

基于2011—2019年中国28个省(自治区、直辖市)的面板数据,采用熵值TOPSIS方法构建农业现代化发展评价体系,利用收敛模型分析农业现代化发展的地区差异及数字普惠金融对其的影响。结果表明:我国农业现代化发展水平存在地区差异,东部地区发展水平要高于中、西部地区;数字普惠金融与农业现代化发展呈现正相关关系;农业现代化发展水平在全国及地区层面上存在β绝对收敛和β条件收敛,数字普惠金融有利于提高东、西部地区农业现代化发展水平的收敛速度。据此,建议动态科学地发展农业现代化,努力推动数字普惠金融对农业现代化发展的正向作用和收敛作用,加强数字普惠金融在地区间的融通性,尽早缩小地区间农业现代化发展差距。

Based on the panel data of 28 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2011 to 2019,an evaluation system of agricultural modernization development was established by entropy TOPSIS method,and the convergence model was used to analyze the regional differences in the development of agricultural modernization and the influence of digital inclusive finance on it.The results show that there exists regional difference in the development level of agricultural modernization in our country,with the level of the eastern area being higher than that of the middle and western areas.Digital financial inclusion is positively correlated with the development of agricultural modernization.The development level of agricultural modernization hasβabsolute convergence andβconditional convergence at the national and regional levels.Digital financial inclusion is conducive to improving the convergence rate of the development level of agricultural modernization in the eastern and western regions.Therefore,it is suggested to develop agricultural modernization dynamically and scientifically,promote the positive and convergence effect of digital financial inclusion on the development of agricultural modernization,strengthen the connectivity of digital financial inclusion in the region,and narrow the gap of agricultural modernization development between regions as soon as possible.
