中间投入视角下农业资源错配对全要素生产率的影响研究

Influence of Agricultural Resource Misallocation on Total Factor Productivity from the Perspective of Intermediate Inputs

基于2002—2018年745个县域面板数据,在引入中间投入的基础上,研究农业资源错配对全要素生产率的影响,再利用固定效应模型分析农业资源错配的影响因素。结果表明:总体上看,改善农业资源错配可以提升50.21%~55.81%的全要素生产率,农业资源错配及其造成的全要素生产率损失在研究区间内均有所增加;进一步研究发现,提高财政支出比例、推进卫生基础设施建设以及加快农业机械化有利于改善农业资源错配。基于此,建议切实发挥市场配置农业资源的决定性作用,在政策上加强对农财政支持,重视卫生基础设施建设,以充分释放改善农业资源错配提升农业全要素生产率的潜力。

Based on the panel data of 745 counties in China from 2002 to 2018,this study analyzed the influence of agricultural resource misallocation on total factor productivity by taking intermediate inputs into account.Then,the fixed-effects model was adopted to analyze the influencing factors of agricultural resource misallocation.The results show that the correction of agricultural resource misallocation could increase the TFP by 50.21%-55.81%.Agricultural resource misallocation and productivity loss it causes are increasing over the research period.Further the study shows that improving financial expense ratio,increasing medical infrastructure construction,and accelerating agricultural mechanization have positive and significant impacts on reducing agricultural resource misallocation.Therefore,it is recommended to give full play to the decisive role of the market in allocating agricultural resources,strengthen financial support for agriculture through policies,attach greater importance to the construction of health infrastructure,and fully unleash the potential of improving the mismatching of agricultural resources and enhancing agricultural total factor productivity.
