摘要
为达到高性能汽车发动机曲轴由国Ⅴ升级为国Ⅵ的技术要求,降低投入和生产成本、提高生产效率,应用过程FMEA等工具/方法对存在的问题进行了分析,提出了对现有产线改进的措施并通过工艺试验加以实施。基于强度计算结果提出结构改进建议,采用CAE软件对改进结构的曲轴进行模拟验证,并通过疲劳试验对改进工艺和结构后的曲轴进行确认,结果显示,改进后的曲轴质量达到了设计要求。
In order to meet the technical requirements of upgrading the crankshaft of high performance automobile engine fromⅤtoⅥ,reduce input and production costs and improve production efficiency,it uses PFMEA and other tools/method to analyze the existing problem,describes the measures to improve the existing production line.The structural improvement suggestions are put forward by strength calculation and other methods.The crankshaft with improved structure is simulated and verified by CAE software,and the crankshaft with improved process and structure is confirmed by fatigue test.Finally,the product quality exceedes the design requirements.
