摘要
结合HHT风洞模型送进机构实际工况及运动误差设计指标,设计一套可驱动HHT风洞模型送进机构实现快速送进、姿态调整、精确定位等功能的液压系统,并对其工作原理进行说明。结合实际应用模式计算系统流量,对关键液压元件进行选型。基于MATLAB/Simulink软件成熟的液压零件库建立液压系统仿真模型,通过仿真分析可知,该液压系统控制风洞模型沿X轴和Y轴运动时,具有良好的响应性能,定位精度满足设计要求。
Hydraulic system is developed based on the actual conditions and motion error design indexes of the HHT wind tunnel model feeding system.The hydraulic system can drive the HHT wind tunnel model feeding system to realize fast feeding,attitude adjustment,accurate positioning etc.The working principle is explained based on the hydraulic system schematic diagram.The system flow is calculated combined with the actual application mode.The key hydraulic components is calculated and selected.Based on the mature hydraulic parts library of MATLAB/Simulink software,the hydraulic system simulation model is established.The simulation analysis shows that the response speed and positioning accuracy of the system meet the design requirements when the hydraulic system controls the wind tunnel model to move along the X and Y directions.
