摘要
针对某多品种小批量航空电子产品制造企业的产品四随管控流程复杂、领用时间长、装箱错误和漏包等问题,以精益思想原则进行问题分析及优化实施。通过电子化放行单、标准化生产表单及建立包装管控表,实现产品包装过程信息化,方便查询及统计,保证产品四随的正确性及快速取用。优化的流程是离散型生产制造企业基于过程数据进行精益管理的一次有益实践,同时为公司后续生产过程执行系统(MES)的实施提供了基础数据及经验积累,对企业类似管理需求有一定的借鉴意义。
Aiming at a high mix low volume of avionics products manufacturing enterprise,which is the"four associates"with complex control process,long lead time,package errors and leakage problems based on the principle of lean thinking for problem analysis and optimization.By making Release List on line,standardizing production forms and setting up packing information platform,it helps to realize the digitalization of product packaging process,convenient query and data statistics to ensure the correctness and rapid access of the product four associates.It is a meaningful practice for discrete manufacturing enterprises to control based on process data,and at the same time provides basic data and experience accumulation for the implementation of the company's subsequent manufacturing execution system(MES),which has certain reference significance for similar enterprises.
