非对称功率阀塔冷却系统的水力性能研究

摘要 以多模块、多阀组串并联的功率阀塔冷却系统为研究对象,采用CFD仿真计算与试验相结合的方法,分析了其流量、流阻分布情况。研究发现,阀塔冷却系统流量分配不均匀度及偏差率受流量变化影响较小。适当提高阀模块流阻占阀塔总流阻比值,阀塔冷却系统流量分配不均匀度、偏差率均有所下降,有助于改善功率阀塔流量的分配不均匀性,提升功率阀塔的热可靠性。 The flow distribution law of power valve module is studied in the cooling system of power valve tower composed of value multi-module and multi-group.The flow rate and flow resistance distribution of the value module and value group are analyzed by means of CFD simulation and experiment.It is found that the variation of flow rate exerts a slight influence on the deviation and the unevenness of flow distribution.When the flow resistance ratio of value module to value tower increases,the unevenness of flow distribution based on the cooling system of the power valve tower decreases.These results will contribute to improve the flow distribution uniformity of asymmetric power valve tower,and then will improve the heat dissipation reliability of the power valve tower.
