碳减排政策下绿色供应链的区块链溯源技术引入策略

Introduction Strategy of Blockchain Traceability Technology in the Green Supply Chain under Carbon Emission Reduction Policy

在碳减排政策下,构建由单个制造商和零售商组成的绿色供应链,其中制造商是领导者,生产绿色产品和投入碳减排成本,研究绿色供应链的定价和碳减排决策。进一步地,为解决现有绿色产品信息溯源系统可能无法向消费者保证所公开的绿色产品信息真实可靠这一关键问题,引入区块链溯源技术,在解决关键问题的基础上激励制造商提高产品绿色度或降低碳减排量,探索引入区块链溯源技术的主体和动机及其关键因素的影响机理。碳配额交易政策下,研究发现:(1)在制造商/零售商保证一定的碳减排技术投资成本的前提下,他投入区块链溯源技术情景相比于不投入区块链溯源技术情景更能够促进碳减排水平、提高批发/零售价格,进而促进需求和利润;(2)当区块链投资成本因子足够大时,制造商在其自身投资区块链技术的情景下更受益,但零售商投资区块链溯源技术时能够带来双赢。此外,碳税政策下,以上结论具有鲁棒性。但是,当两种碳减排政策同时考虑时,零售商偏好于碳税政策而制造商更偏好碳配额交易政策。

This study focuses on the carbon emission reduction policies of the government,specifically examining two scenarios:the government carbon cap-and-trade policy and the carbon tax policy.It establishes a green supply chain comprising a single manufacturer and a retailer,with the manufacturer acting as the leader by producing green products and investing in carbon emission reduction costs.The research investigates the pricing and carbon emission reduction decision of the green supply chain.Additionally,to address concerns regarding the authenticity and reliability of disclosed green product information to consumers,the study introduces blockchain traceability technology.It explores the subject,motivation,and influence mechanism of key factors related to the adoption of blockchain traceability technology.Under the carbon cap-and-trade policy,we find that:(1)On the premise that the manufacturer(or the retailer)guarantees a certain investment cost of low-carbon technology,investing blockchain traceability technology can promote the level of carbon emission reduction,increase wholesale/retail prices,and thus promote demand andprofits;(2)when the blockchain investment cost factor is sufficiently high,the manufacturer benefits more in the case of its own investment in blockchain technology.While investing blockchain traceability technology by the retailer can led a win-win situation.In addition,under the carbon tax policy,the above conclusions are robustness.However,when both types of carbon reduction policies are considered,the retailer prefers the carbon tax policy while the manufacturer prefers the carbon cap-and-trade policy.
