乡村振兴战略背景下地方涉农教育发展对策研究——以漳州市为例

Research on the Countermeasures for the Development of Local Agriculture-related Education under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy——Taking Zhangzhou City as an Example

涉农教育提供职业知识、技能、道德教育,具有增加人才供给、促进经济发展、推动科技创新、加快文化振兴的突出作用,为乡村振兴提供重要推力。通过分析乡村振兴战略背景下漳州市涉农教育发展现状,发现漳州市涉农教育存在资金投入不足、院校数量较少、专业设置不全、师资力量薄弱、教学形式单一、管理机制缺失等问题。为有效发挥涉农教育在漳州市乡村振兴战略中的支撑作用,提出创新管理机制、探索特色教育模式、优化专业和课程设置、加强师资队伍建设、创新教学模式的应对策略。

Agriculture-related education(ARE),which provides vocational knowledge,skills,and moral education,plays a prominent role in increasing talent supply,promoting economic development and technological innovation,accelerating cultural revitalization and offering an important impetus for rural revitalization.By analyzing the development status of Zhangzhou's ARE under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,we find that Zhangzhou's ARE has problems such as insufficient fund‐ing,a small number of colleges,incomplete professional settings,weak teaching staff,single teaching forms,and lack of manage‐ment mechanisms.This paper,in order to effectively play the supporting role of ARE in Zhangzhou's rural revitalization strategy,puts forward strategies for innovating management mechanisms,exploring characteristic education models,optimizing majors and curriculum settings,strengthening the construction of teaching staff,and innovating teaching models.
