研究生“三创”教育的影响因素分析及策略探究

Analysis ontheInfluencing Factors of“Three-innovation”Educationfor Postgraduates and the Promoting Strategy

研究生“三创”(创新创业创造)教育是新时期高校研究生教育的重要组成部分,也是国家发展战略和个体自我发展的共同需要。通过对研究生“三创”教育影响因素开展SEM构建分析,可知“协同育人”这一影响因素是当前高校推动研究生“三创”教育的重点和难点问题。要解决这一问题,就需要构建校内、校企和校政三个维度的“三创”协同育人机制来推动研究生“三创”教育的长足发展,从而切实提升研究生的创新创业创造能力。

“Three-innovation”education for postgraduates,i.e.,innovation,entrepreneurship and creation,an important part of graduate education in universities in the new era,is the common need of national development strategy and individual self-de‐velopment.Through the SEM construction analysis of the influencing factors of the education,the author concludes that“collab‐orative education”is the key and difficult issue for universities to promote the education.To solve the problem,we are due to build a"Three-innovation"collaborative education mechanism with three dimensions of school,school enterprise and school ad‐ministration to promote the rapid development of the education,so as to effectively improve postgraduates'innovation,entrepre‐neurship and creativity.
