高低学业水平学习者在线讨论行为差异的实验研究——以“教育电视系统”课程在线讨论为例

An Experimental Study on the Differences of Online Discussion Behavior Between High and Low Academic Level Learners——Taking the Online Discussion of the Course of Educational Television System as an Example

摘要 随着通信技术的飞速发展,在线学习变成了一种非常普遍的学习模式。在线学习中,基于问题讨论的学习方式又是学习者在网络环境下获得知识、培养能力的一种重要途径,因此对在线讨论行为的研究成为热点。通过文献研究法梳理出在线讨论行为的编码方案,并进行编码,对学习者在线讨论的交互语料通过NVivo 11进行编码统计,对不同学业水平学习者的讨论行为进行差异比较分析,得出以下结论。对陈述性知识进行在线讨论时的行为差异为:(1)在讨论简单陈述性知识时,高水平学习组在比较、聚合、反思三项行为维度上显著高于低水平学习组;(2)在讨论复杂陈述性知识时,高水平学习组在质疑、比较、聚合、反思四项行为维度上显著高于低水平学习组。对程序性知识进行在线讨论时的行为差异为:(1)在对简单程序性知识进行讨论时,高水平学习组在提问、质疑、比较、聚合、反思五项维度行为上显著高于低水平学习组;(2)在对复杂程序性知识进行在线讨论时,高水平组学习者在质疑、比较、情感表达三项行为上显著高于低水平学习组。最后对结果进行讨论分析,并提出建议。 With the rapid development of communication technology,online learning has become a very common learning mode.In online leaning,the learning method based on problem discussion is an important way for learners to acquire knowledge and cultivate their ability in the network environment,so the research on online discussion behavior has become a hot spot.Through literature research,the coding scheme of online discussion behavior is sorted out and coded,and the interactive corpus of learners'online discussion is coded and counted through NVivo 11.The differences of discussion behavior of learners with different academic levels are compared and analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)when discussing simple declarative knowledge,the dimensions of comparison,aggregation and reflection in the high-level learning group were significantly higher than those in the low-level learning group.(2)in the complex declarative knowledge,the high-level learning group was significantly higher than the low-level learning group in the four behavioral dimensions of questioning,comparison,aggregation and reflection.The behavioral dfferences in online discussion of procedural knowledge are:(1)when discussing simple procedural knowledge,the high-level learning group was significantly higher than the low-level learning group in the five dimensions of question-posing,questioning,comparison,aggregation and reflection.(2)in the online discussion of complex procedural knowledge,the learners in the high-level group were significantly higher than those in the low-level group in questioning,comparing and emotional expression.Finally,the results are discussed and some suggestions are put forward.
